Free Hospice Education

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church along with St. Croix Hospice invite you to a hospice presentation given by St. Croix Care Transition Coordinator, Sarah McGowan.

Making the decision to start hospice care for a loved one is never easy. The very nature of hospice, focusing on comfort and quality of life rather than seeking curative treatment, often means confronting the reality of a terminal prognosis. Choosing to initiate this specialized care sooner rather than later can offer numerous advantages, not just for the patient but also for their caregivers and family members.

Join us for this free informational event on Thursday, Sept 26 from 6:30pm-7:30pm or Saturday, September 28 from 1-2pm at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Cookies and coffee will be served during the presentation. Helpful, free materials will be provided. Come learn about this Free Medicare Benefit and dispel the misconceptions about end of life.

RSVP to our host, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, at gsl@gswels.org or call 605-371-0047.
